Computers have significantly shrunk in size as the years have passed. Consider the fact that a mere fifty years ago a single computer could take up multiple rooms and now people regularly take their computers on airplanes. While Moore’s law predicted the phenomenal rise in computing power, it did not transparently predict the shrinking of computers during the same time. Even ten years ago, laptop computers were considered to be niche machines. Today they outsell desktops in the United States and are set to overtake them worldwide in the next few years. That is because there is little that a desktop computer can do that can’t also be managed by a laptop computer.
Today, when we hear about professionalism, we often think of high quality, outstanding conduct and ultimate skill. Usually, being a professional means that you have special training that qualifies you as such, especially in a particular field. And that being stated, whether you are a medical professional, legal professional or accounting professional, you will work in the skill-set with which you were trained and it does not stop there. Being professional goes way past just the training, it is a lifelong process.
These days, laptops are one of the most important gadgets, which explains why there are many cheap laptops nowadays. Wherever you look, there is a big chance that you’d see a laptop being sold or being used. Professionals and students alike need these little things so they can work. And because of their increasing popularity, new models are being launched each day, making older models cheaper. Some are even refurbished so they still retain their goodness righ in the package.
